Deliberately Untitled

What would happen

if the malapropism of existence

were made mainstream,

and the truth of who

we all are made visible

to the world – our fears,

shortcomings,

failures and mishaps?

Who would have 7 billion

unruly,

hopelessly imperfect

misfits?

Maybe the right question

is:

Why should we hope to

be had,

accepted,

or made to think we’re

anything less than extraordinary

just the way we are?

We’re imperfect,

just as the universe we’re

a part of – the universe that

is us.

We are all that ever was,

is and ever will be.

We are borne of the

life and death of countless

stars,

galaxies and clusters

of lights that lived

then flickered out

to give us a chance at fallibility…
