Miscarried Mischief

My time with you was littered

with plastic indifferences,
and pestilent susceptibilities,

but no amount of foresight could have prepared
the tattered shores of your psyche for the
strength I pilfered as you planned my destruction

(This form is called Cherita. There is no specific syllable count, or rhyme scheme. The from consists of three lines that must tell a complete story. The first stanza is one line, the second stanza is two lines, and the third stanza is three lines. Let me know what you think, and please write your own. I want to read your Cheritas).
